Hilary Duff scaled the rocks and waves of Capri, Italy in a little black bikini. The former Disney star, 23, looked fit and fabulous as she joined her husband Mike Comrie in the sun and surf almost one year after they married (the two said "I do" on Aug. 14 in Santa Barbara, Calif.).
